DCPrep is a Michigan Future school that links comprehensive learning with career experiences. While our Freshman Success Academy focuses on helping students successfully transition from 8th grade to high school, our Public Service and Entrepreneurship and Leadership Academies focus on preparing students for professional life in college and careers. Courses include career explorations and provide internship opportunities that make learning come to life.
We believe Great Teachers have the biggest impact on student achievement. Our professional teaching faculty have an active voice in the life of the school and meet daily to plan lessons, create team activities, and review each student’s academic and social progress. Experienced instructional coaches work with each teacher inside the classroom to continually ensure best teaching practices.
